THE CLINICAL
NURSING TEAM
The hospice nursing
team is comprised of
Nursing Team Leaders, Registered Nurses, Licensed
Practical Nurses and Personal Care Aides. We focus
on caring, not just for patients, but also their
families. As a team we provide individualized care
that includes all needed physical care, excellence
in symptom management, as well as careful attention
to the emotional & spiritual needs. We are committed
to assisting patients to attain the goals they
define as most important for their remaining time.
As a team we are always aware of the great privilege
it is, to provide this care. Our nursing team’s
overall mission is to provide a welcoming, safe and
peaceful place for the families in our care.
